Our Essential Package is available at a fixed design fee of 5 000 € for spaces up to 100 m².It includes full concept design and project coordination.Furniture and décor are billed separately, with selections based on mass-produced brands — such as IKEA-level furnishings.For larger spaces, the design fee increases by 38 €/m².
With our Essential Package, you can choose from five curated interior styles: Scandi, Japandi, Modern, Art Deco, or Mediterranian.
Each design features a bespoke mood board that captures the home’s aesthetic direction — with furniture and materials reflecting the same style.
You’ll also have the opportunity for one revision after receiving the initial concept – ensuring the design truly reflects your vision.
The Essential Package is designed to be both beautiful and budget-conscious. It does not include high-end designer items, making it an ideal solution for rental properties, investment apartments, or secondary homes where style and practicality go hand in hand.

Based on your selection, we design a personalized mood board and a curated furniture list that reflect the same style and atmosphere, tailored to your needs.
Once you've received the concept, you’ll have the chance to request one round of revisions to make sure everything feels just right.
When the design is approved, we take care of sourcing, delivery, and setup – turning your vision into a beautifully finished space with zero hassle.
